Our clinical pilates classes are small group classes led by our trained Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists at our Nundah clinic. We also offer rehab and performance classes, rehabilitation coach level 1 courses, and more. These programmes aim to assist our clients in becoming their healthiest and happiest selves.
