Head coach Greg Almon brings a wealth of experience to Jungle Athletics, having spent four years working with the Chinese Short track speed skating team and helping them win an impressive 7 gold medals at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. Under his guidance, athletes at Jungle Athletics can expect top-notch coaching and training methods that have been proven to work at the highest levels of sport.

The Athletic Foundations program is designed with young children in mind, focusing on adaptability, accountability, and responsibility to help build confidence in all aspects of life.

For older youth athletes (13-17), the High Performance Training Program is designed to unlock raw talent and focus on key aspects such as change of direction, acceleration, and power training. With a focus on flexibility, speed, strength, power, agility, and stamina, athletes can expect to see significant improvements in their overall performance.
