Welcome to The Jungle Body Tribe, a fitness centre located in Burswood, Western Australia. Our unique approach to fitness fuses fun, easy dance and fitness moves to create a full body workout that will leave you wanting more. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a beginner just starting your fitness journey, our classes are designed to be inclusive for all fitness levels.

At The Jungle Body Tribe, we believe in creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all. That's why we workout in the dark, allowing you to let loose and have fun without feeling self-conscious. Each class incorporates just four moves per track, with lower intensity alternatives available if needed. We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable, no matter their ability.

So, what can you expect when you attend a class at The Jungle Body Tribe? Simple. Turn up, pay at the door (cash or card), or pre-book your spot. If you're a new participant, we have a registration form ready for you.

Get ready to box, twerk, curl, plank, and jump to the beat of energising music. By the end of the class, you'll be glowing in sweat and feeling accomplished.

Our classes are casual, meaning there are no contracts or commitments. You can pay as you go and attend whenever suits you. For those looking for a more cost-effective option, we offer 6 or 10 class passes, which can be used at your leisure over a period of three months. These passes can be purchased at the door or in our Tribe Shop.

Each class runs as a dance-cardio session, with approximately 12–15 tracks. In addition to the dynamic workout, we incorporate a warm-up, a floor track (don't forget your yoga mat or towel), and a cool down. For an extra twist of excitement, our Wednesday class features small hand weights and a live DJ to keep the energy high.

Our knowledgeable and passionate team at The Jungle Body Tribe is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment. Led by Adelle, our owner and instructor, our team understands the mental health benefits that come with these classes. The Jungle Body Tribe is Adelle's therapy, and she aims to share the joy and transformation with each participant.

Madi, one of our experienced instructors, loves teaching these classes because they allow participants to let go, have fun, and lose themselves in the music. She firmly believes that our classes can positively impact mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve physical and mental well-being.

Angelo, our doorman, welcomes all walks of life into The Jungle Body Tribe. He understands that everyone has different fitness levels and reasons for attending our classes, and he is passionate about creating an inclusive space where all are embraced.

Last but not least, Miki, another enthusiastic instructor, finds joy in knowing that everyone in the crowd is having a good time. She values the sense of community and support that our classes foster and loves witnessing the long-term positive impact they have on people's lives.
