Marg, the programme's instructor, brings her personal experience as a busy mum of two beautiful girls to her role. She began her own journey with The Jungle Body over 10 years ago and fell in love with the classes. However, it was only three years ago that she decided to become an instructor herself. After prioritising her health and wellness following the birth of her children, Marg changed her mindset and habits, focusing on nourishing her body with the right food and incorporating more movement.
Becoming an instructor and building a community of like-minded and supportive individuals has boosted her confidence, and she hopes to motivate and inspire others to become the best versions of themselves too. Marg is excited to meet new participants and believes that the time to start investing in oneself is always now.
