Led by Sifu Mak, the founder and chief instructor, The Kung Fu School has been providing high-quality martial arts training in Orpington for over 25 years. Sifu Mak has dedicated nearly three decades to studying various styles and has developed a system that is effective, practical, and accessible to all. The school's primary focus is the explosive Praying Mantis Kung Fu system.

The school offers various membership plans for both kids and adults. The monthly kids' plan costs 25 and includes one hour of training per week. The single and simple kids' plan allows for flexible training and saves 27% on single session fees. For adults, the monthly plan costs 40, with two-hour training sessions once a week.

There is also a quarterly plan, which costs 100 and offers a more cost-effective option, saving 35% on single session fees.

The Kung Fu School is located at the Garden Estates Hall (GEA Hall) on 36 Woodhurst Avenue, Petts Wood, Orpington, Kent, BR5 1AR. The training times for adult classes are every Wednesday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, while kids' classes run from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The school follows proper etiquette and principles and provides sparring etiquette along with uniform and equipment guidelines.
