Debbie started her yoga journey back in 2012 and trained with renowned Hatha and Ashtanga teachers. She earned her 200hr Hatha Yoga qualification in 2014 and has since expanded her knowledge, gaining certifications in Pilates, Trigger Point Therapy, and Face yoga. With a special interest in pre- and post-pregnancy yoga, Debbie integrates her extensive fitness background into her teaching.
Debbie’s goal is to keep your body moving while helping you connect your mind and body for a deeper self-awareness. Her classes are designed to be supportive and engaging, guiding you through a transformative practice.
She also brings a wealth of experience from working with various sports organisations and clubs, including football, rugby, ice hockey, and figure skating. Debbie’s expertise in anatomy, massage, and trigger point therapy complements sports physiotherapy and sports science, creating a holistic approach to wellness.
