Welcome to The Loft Yoga Lounge, your wellness studio in Auckland. Vibrant and buzzing with positive energy, we are the perfect destination to relax and unwind after a busy day. Our warm and inviting studio is exclusively designed for yoga, meditation, food, and connexion. When you enter The Loft, you will experience a unique uplifting vibe that will leave you feeling happy, well-fed, relaxed, refreshed, and surrounded by new friends.
We offer a range of yoga workshops and events that cater to all levels of experience. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will find sessions that suit your needs. Our Hatha sessions have a mellow tempo, allowing you to go at your own pace and listen to what feels good for you. The Shavasana at the end of the session is incredibly soothing, and you might even find yourself dozing off.
But it's not just yoga that we offer at The Loft. We believe in nourishing your body as well, which is why after every session, we present you with an absolute vegan feast. Our food is constantly praised for its amazing taste and quality, and it will undoubtedly be the best meal you have all week. Our aim is to create an all-encompassing wellness experience that leaves you feeling nourished from the inside out.

Please note that The Loft will be closed for the Summer Holidays from 18th December to 20th January. We will return with open hearts on Sunday, 21st January, and kick off with our much-loved event: Free Yoga at 4 PM and the Free Spirit Festival at 5 PM.
