At The Mat Lab, we offer a variety of classes to suit different fitness levels and needs. Whether you are a beginner looking to jump right into group classes or someone dealing with old injuries or chronic pain, we have the perfect package for you. Our beginner promo allows you to try 4 beginner classes for $99, while our starter package includes one private session and three group beginner classes along with a pair of socks for $199.

Our studio features state-of-the-art equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Trapeze Tower/Half Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel. Each piece of equipment offers a unique workout experience and allows you to target specific muscle groups while improving your strength, flexibility, and mobility. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring that you get the most out of your workout.

If you're ready to book your spot in one of our classes, our online booking system makes it easy to secure your place. Our waitlist feature also allows you to have a chance to join a class even if it's fully booked, as spots may open up due to cancelations.
