That's why we offer a variety of group classes to cater to different preferences and fitness levels. Our Group Classes, held in our spacious and well-equipped studio, have a maximum of 14 participants. These classes include Mat Pilates, Cardio Pilates, Suspension Pilates, and more, providing a fun and energetic group atmosphere with personalised attention from our experienced instructors.
For those seeking a more tailored and focused workout, our Reformer Room Classes are perfect. With a maximum of 3 participants, these classes utilise the Reformer and Hypervibe equipment to provide a more personalised and effective workout. Choose from Reformer Pilates or Reform & Refine classes to target specific muscle groups and enhance strength, flexibility, and posture.
When you join The Movement Core, you become a part of our vibrant and supportive community.
