Are you the owner of The Movement Room?
The Movement Room is a cool little Pilates studio in Snells Beach, New Zealand. Set up by Shona Cawley, who loves all things movement and wellbeing, the studio has heaps of Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions. Plus, you get a sweet view of the Mahurangi River while you work out.
They’ve got reformer and mat Pilates for individuals, and small group mat classes too. If you’re into slower stuff, try their Slow Flow or Release & Revive classes. If cardio is more your thing, just ask for Pilates-inspired cardio in a private session.
Shona wants The Movement Room to be a comfy space where you can focus on moving your body and looking after yourself. It’s a place where you can put yourself first for a change. The team understands that life gets hectic, and they’re there to support you through it, helping you find that mind-body connection during class. Just show up as you are and feel the positive vibes.
Exercise here isn’t a drag. Shona and the team make sure it’s fun and uplifting, so you leave feeling better than when you walked in.
