For those who are new to yoga, we offer the Foundation class, where you can establish the fundamentals of your practise and develop greater body awareness. Brunswick Flow is a class that explores different aspects of yoga beyond the poses, allowing you to deepen your understanding and potential on the mat. Our signature Moving Flow class celebrates the joy of movement and offers optional inversions for those looking to challenge themselves.
To enhance your experience, The Moving Room also hosts workshops and wellbeing events that provide opportunities for further exploration and growth. Our Mixed Flow Workshop, for example, combines the Yin and Yang aspects of yoga to provide a holistic practise that mobilises and strengthens the body while promoting relaxation and stillness.
