Welcome to The Nook Yoga Studio, located in Tewkesbury, New Zealand. The Nook is a small and friendly Yoga Studio that caters to all levels of yoga abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, we have classes that will suit your needs.
At The Nook, we offer regular Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin classes, as well as various yoga and meditation workshops. Our classes are designed to accommodate your busy lifestyle, with a come and go as you please approach. We understand that life can be challenging, so we do not require any membership fees or subscriptions. You have the flexibility to attend classes as it suits you best.
One of the main features of The Nook is our small class sizes. We believe in creating an intimate and non-intimidating environment for our students. With a maximum of only six students per class, you will feel comfortable and receive personalised attention from our experienced instructors.
We provide all the necessary equipment for your yoga practise, but you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Our instructors are fully qualified Yoga Alliance teachers who are passionate about yoga and dedicated to sharing their expertise and love for the practise.
