In our dedicated studio, we have the latest Pilates apparatus, including reformers, which are equipment-based full-body core conditioning machines. These machines allow us to progressively work muscle groups, improving strength, flexibility, and muscle tone. Our reformer classes are designed to challenge your body and create a strong, toned physique.

For those who prefer a more personal touch but still enjoy the group environment, we offer semi-private classes. These classes provide more personalised attention while still benefiting from the motivation and camaraderie of exercising with others.

Our matwork classes are suitable for all levels and focus on strengthening the deep abdominal muscles and toning and rebalancing the rest of the body. We prioritise breathing and alignment to promote overall well-being. During these classes, we incorporate small equipment to add variety and challenge to the exercises.

If you prefer to work on specific areas to improve your performance or perfect a certain exercise, we offer self-practise sessions. These sessions are ideal for those who like to focus on their individual goals and have the confidence to use the equipment independently.

To get started at The Pilates Hub, you have the option to join a beginners' course or take a private reformer induction. Our beginners' courses start regularly, and if you want to get started right away, you can opt for a private induction class. This class provides you with the necessary foundation to join our existing classes.
