We understand that entering large commercial gyms and group classes can be daunting, so we have created a safe and empowering environment for women to come together and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Our training programme at The PT Centre is structured into training blocks to ensure maximum benefits for our clients. We offer free trials during specific times of the year, allowing you to experience the positive impact of our training programme. Starting January 8th, we are offering a $7 for 7-day trial, giving you the opportunity to join our Beresfield or Kotara locations.
At The PT Centre, we offer a range of services including Group Training, Personal Training, and Online Coaching. Our focus is on strength-based training, with an emphasis on correct form and technique for long-lasting and sustainable results.
