This yoga studio has been lovingly created by transforming an old industrial building, and it offers a relaxing and calming environment for all who enter. From the moment you step through our yellow doors, you'll notice the special touches throughout the studio.
The Retreat boasts an array of lovely features, including divine oak boards, hand-made encaustic tiles, and natural sisal on our floors. Soft natural linen sheers, abundant light, bespoke oak furniture, and quality yoga mats further enhance the tranquil atmosphere. With beautiful organic yoga props, The Retreat truly is a sanctuary where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
At The Retreat, we believe in creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable and at ease. Our class offerings include Vinyasa, Yin, Restore, and Meditation, catering to all ages and bodies. To promote a union between body and mind, we focus on breath and safe alignment through practising the 8 limbs of yoga.

They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, caring, encouraging, and approachable, ensuring that you feel supported on your yoga and meditation journey. At The Retreat, we embrace authentic movement and deep contemplation to share our love of this life-changing practise. Through traditional yoga, somatic movement, and other mind-body practises, we aim to cultivate ease in both body and mind. Our classes build strength, mobility, resilience, flexibility, and calmness in the nervous system to foster restoration, relaxation, and inner peace.
We encourage self-enquiry and allowing the pose to fit the body, rather than forcing ourselves into postures that may not serve us. With this approach, our yoga classes at The Retreat will have you moving, breathing, and being with more ease.
We can't wait to welcome you home to The Retreat, and to help you reconnect with your body, mind, heart, and soul. All of our classes can be conveniently booked online through our website and app. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts to set up and get comfortable, as our doors are locked at the beginning of each class. Yoga mats and props are provided, and we also offer beautiful products that align with our philosophies and support your yoga journey.
