Chie Sibbring’s studio offers a variety of classes, courses, and workshops tailored to meet the diverse needs of the community. The daily schedule includes Yoga for Beginners, Prenatal Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Kids Yoga, Backcare, and Toddler Yoga. Pilates classes for beginners are also available, with a fully equipped Pilates Studio offering private sessions and Reformer 3:1 classes.

The studio is an accredited Yoga Alliance Professionals Studio and Training School, offering 200hr Teacher Training programmes led by Chie Sibbring.
