Welcome to The Shed – Small Group Training Studio, located in Busselton, Western Australia. This unique training facility is like no other in the area, offering a specialised approach to fitness and wellness.
At The Shed, we are proud to be WA's first and only barefoot training facility. That's right – we don't train with shoes on at our club. However, we understand that this may not be for everyone, so training barefoot is completely optional for all of our members.
Why do we encourage barefoot training? Because it is absolutely amazing for you and your body. If you have flat feet, fallen arches, dodgy knees, plantar fasciitis, or sore hips, it often comes down to your footwear. By removing our members' shoes, we have seen incredible improvements in their movement and overall well-being.
Don't worry, though – training barefoot is not dangerous. In fact, there are 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the foot. Dedicating attention to this often overlooked part of the body can have a significant impact on overall function and performance.
If training barefoot isn't your thing, no problem! It's just an extra training tool that we offer. At The Shed, we understand that everybody is different, and we cater to a wide range of fitness levels and goals.
Are you new to town or looking to try something new in the fitness world? We have a special promotion just for you. For only $50, you can enjoy four weeks of training at The Shed. Please note that this offer is only valid to those who have not previously held a membership with us, and it expires one month (28 days) from the date of purchase.
Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:15 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:45 PM to 5:30 PM, on Friday from 5:15 AM to 10:15 AM, and on Saturday from 7 AM to 9 AM.
