In addition to our gym memberships, we offer strength coaching services. Our coaches are skilled in creating customised training programmes tailored to your individual goals. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve your overall fitness, our strength coaching services can help you achieve optimal results. We also offer nutrition coaching to help you fuel your body for optimal performance and recovery.
Our strength classes are a unique feature of our gym. Unlike traditional group fitness classes that focus on high-intensity cardio, our strength classes are designed to improve your strength and technique in a small group setting. With a maximum of only 8 participants per class, our coaches can provide individual attention and ensure that you are performing exercises correctly.
Convenience is important to us, which is why our gym is open from 3am to 11pm, seven days a week. We have both staffed and unstaffed hours, allowing you the flexibility to train at a time that suits you. Our staffed hours are from Monday to Thursday, 5:30am to 10:30am and 3pm to 7pm, and Friday and Saturday, 5:30am to 10:30am.
Located at 2/75 Parraweena Road, Caringbah, NSW, 2229, our gym is easily accessible to residents of Caringbah and the surrounding areas.
