At The Sweat Society Surbiton, we believe in training hard and belonging to a supportive community. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, we have classes tailored to suit your energy level – Low, Medium, or High. We offer a variety of classes to choose from, including Spin, REFORMER Pilates, Pull, Push, Legs, Hot yoga, Barre, Strength, Flow yoga, Compound, Hybrid, and Sweat.
In addition to our regular classes, we also host exciting events such as Sound Baths, which provide a unique and immersive experience for relaxation and rejuvenation. Keep an eye on our upcoming events to make the most of your membership.
If you prefer to work out at your own pace, our open gym slots are available for you to use the space and do your own thing. The gym is equipped with everything you need to get a great workout.
Our fitness centre is divided into different studios to cater to various workout preferences. Studio 1, situated on the 1st floor, offers classes such as Barre, Pilates, Hot yoga, and Yoga. If you're a fan of spin classes, head to our dedicated spin studio on the 2nd floor, complete with optimal lighting, sound system, and air conditioning. For personal training sessions and classes like Push, Pull, Legs, make your way to the fully equipped PT studio on the 2nd floor.
Studio 2, also located on the 2nd floor, is where you will find higher energy classes like SWEAT, STRENGTH, and HYBRID.
Need a post-workout refuel? Visit Surbiton's first Juice Bar located within our fitness centre. We offer a variety of nutritious juices, smoothies, and coffee options to help you replenish and energise. Pre-order your favourites and pick them up after your class.
We offer different membership options to suit your needs. Our Full Membership grants you unlimited access to all classes on both floors and the gym. If you're interested in REFORMER Pilates, we have dedicated Reformer membership options available as well.
