Located in Inch Cross, our facility offers a unique opportunity to swim stronger, faster, and with less effort than ever before. Founded by a qualified swim teacher in 1999, The Swim Studio provides a quality environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

Our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to helping you master your swim technique away from the constraints of a public pool. Total Immersion Swimming focuses on teaching simple skills and movements to help swimmers become one with the water, working with it instead of fighting it. By focusing on buoyancy, balance, and core rotation, we help swimmers become more streamline and fluent in the water.

At The Swim Studio, we offer a variety of programmes for swimmers of all levels. From adult video analysis sessions to kids' learn-to-swim classes, we cater to a wide range of abilities and goals. For parents looking to introduce their babies to the water, our Babies 1st Swim programme provides a safe and fun environment for young swimmers to build water confidence.

Our Endless Swimming Pool at The Swim Studio allows for private swim lessons and Total Immersion Coaching. With 4 camera video analysis, our coaching sessions are tailored to help swimmers improve their stroke technique and efficiency in the water.
