The Vitality Space, located in Orewa, Auckland, is a one-woman business dedicated to empowering individuals to find calm in the present moment through connexion and movement. Founded and owned by Lauren, a highly qualified wellness professional with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
Lauren's passion lies in creating a safe and inclusive space for people of all body types and abilities to try something new or deepen their practise. She believes in making a difference in people's lives and helping them connect with themselves and others to feel empowered.
The Vitality Space offers a range of classes, including Yoga, Pilates, and Bootcamp, catering to all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced. Lauren also specialises in providing specific classes for pre/post-natal individuals.
In addition to classes, The Vitality Space also offers sports, relaxation, and pregnancy massage services. These massage therapies aim to provide relief and relaxation to tired muscles, promoting overall well-being.
Reiki energy healing is another service offered at The Vitality Space. Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes stress reduction and relaxation, helping to balance the body's energy.

She holds certifications in Yoga Alliance 200 hour YTT, Classical Mat Pilates training, Pre & Post-natal teacher training, Diploma in Sports Massage, and Relaxation Pregnancy Massage, among others.
