After more than 5 years of planning, they are excited to open their first-ever wellbeing hub, offering a comprehensive range of services that are enjoyable and beneficial for improving physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
The Wellbeing Hub offers unlimited personal training at a monthly fee of 100 with automatic monthly payments and no joining fee. Members have the freedom to cancel whenever they like and enjoy the flexibility to change their training sessions when needed. The training hours are from Monday to Saturday, with varying times throughout the day. The aim is to provide fast results at an affordable price, taking care of all the planning, so members can focus on taking action.
For those who are not fond of traditional gyms or prefer corrective and effective training, the basic gym membership is the perfect choice. With a price point that is gentle on the pocket, members have access to plenty of gym equipment and insightful staff to assist them with any training obstacles they may encounter during their workout. The gym is open from Monday to Saturday during the specified hours, and members can turn up and train without any additional booking requirements.
The Wellbeing Hub offers a wide range of services, including personal training, physical rehab, and life coaching. Personal training services include weight management, pre and post-natal fitness, cardiovascular rehabilitation, and sports development, among others, with prices starting from 40 per session. Physical rehab services cater to stroke rehabilitation, neurological conditions, accidental injuries, and sports injuries, with prices from 60 per session. Life coaching services cover areas such as mental health, career progression, stress management, and relationships, with prices starting from 40 per session.
The team at The Wellbeing Hub consists of James Wheeler, the owner and a qualified life coach and personal trainer. James holds qualifications in personal training, nutrition, and various mental health-related certifications such as Mental Health First Aid and Hypnotherapy. Neil Heppel, also an owner, is a qualified rehab coach and personal trainer. He initially started with personal training and gradually became one of the leading stroke rehabilitation coaches in the country.
Neil's expertise extends to neuro and physical rehab, delivering excellent results in a short period of time.
