Her unique style blends Hatha and Yin yoga with elements of Iyengar, focusing on alignment and mindfulness.
In addition to her yoga training, Kate is also qualified in Yoga and Ayurvedic wellness counselling, Thai Yogic Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage. She has worked alongside energy healing expert Lynn Cutler and has trained with renowned teachers such as Sivananda Yoga, Durga Leela, Shy Sayar, and Tantravaya.
