Kildare, Gemma has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of Yoga. She has a rich background, having spent a significant part of her life as a Reebok Master Trainer in Hong Kong, specialising in various disciplines such as Reebok Martial Arts, Exercise to Music, Flexible Strength, and Core training.

Gemma is dedicated to making Yoga accessible to everyone, offering classes both online and in-person at her studio locations in Clondalkin Village. She also conducts outdoor classes, allowing participants to connect with nature while practising Yoga.
