Paul's Yoga Loft is the spot if you're in Prescot and looking to get into yoga. Located at 72 Eccleston Street on the first floor, this place is all about chilling out and getting your mind and body in sync.

Paul's got a top team running the show, with heaps of experience from all over the world. They’ve got something for everyone, from the Original Hot Yoga to Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Pilates, and Mindfulness meditation. Whether you’re just starting or have been at it for years, there’s a class for you, and the teachers are always there to help out.

The studio’s all about making yoga for everyone, no matter where you’re at in your journey. Paul’s crew is passionate about the benefits of yoga and are keen to help you boost your mental and physical health.

Classes are straightforward with drop-in rates: £8 for non-hot and £9 for hot ones. They’ve also got workshops and retreats in the pipeline if you’re up for diving deeper.

Paul hasn't stopped at just the studio either. They do corporate classes to bring a bit of zen to workplaces and provide certified instructors for schools to help kids get a handle on their mental and physical fitness.
