The Yoga Loft

The Yoga Loft in Lindsay offers a serene and peaceful space for yoga practice, providing a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment for individuals to connect with themselves on the mat. In a world driven by speed and a "more is more" mindset, The Yoga Loft encourages retreat from busyness to rediscover the benefits of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Through consistent practice, members experience a sense of calm amidst chaos, gaining confidence, a calmer mind, improved sleep, decreased pain, increased mobility and strength, and a more positive outlook on life.

The Yoga Loft now offers a Hybrid Yoga Studio, providing both in-studio and virtual classes simultaneously. Members can choose from unlimited virtual yoga membership, in-studio virtual membership, or hybrid membership, with access to prerecorded classes twice a week. The studio also offers Satya School of Yoga teacher training programs accredited by Yoga Alliance, including RYT-200, Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, and upcoming trainings in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Yoga Nidra, and RYT-300.

In addition to its Lindsay location, The Yoga Loft is opening a Bobcaygeon yoga studio in January 2023, offering a range of classes and events including yoga classes, women's sacred circles, cacao ceremonies, crystal singing bowl sound bathing, reiki sessions and trainings, private group sessions, sound bathing, kirtan, meditation, and more.
