Nestled in the quaint village of Carrigadrohid, The Yoga Nook is your sanctuary for movement, meditation, and mindfulness. Step into our beautiful dome studio, where you can explore creative sequences designed to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and strength. Dive deep into each class, focusing on a different theme to help you find balance and space within your body.
Led by an experienced yoga teacher with over 900 hours of training, The Yoga Nook is dedicated to helping you release tension, improve your overall wellbeing, and cultivate a profound sense of calm and relaxation.
