At The Yoga Rooms, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of classes to cater to everyone's needs and preferences. Our specialist teachers are passionate about their fields of expertise and bring their unique styles to each class. This means you have the opportunity to explore and try out different yoga styles to find what works best for you.
We understand that starting something new can be intimidating, especially if you're new to yoga or pilates. But rest assured, we create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where everyone can feel comfortable and accepted. Our aim is to make yoga and pilates accessible to all, regardless of size, gender, flexibility, or fitness level.
The Yoga Rooms is located in Chorlton, a vibrant suburb of Manchester. Our studio space is beautiful, calm, and comfortable, providing the perfect setting for your practise. We provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, so all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.
While we offer in-person classes, we also understand that some prefer the convenience of practising from home. That's why all our classes are also live-streamed, allowing you to choose the option that works best for you. Whether you join us in the studio or practise online, you must pre-book all classes as drop-ins are no longer accepted.
