Com Welcome to The Yoga Village, a warm and inviting yoga studio located in Nottingham. At The Yoga Village, our main focus is on the well-being and care of our students. We offer a variety of adult yoga classes, pregnancy and birth yoga, postnatal yoga, and yoga workshops and retreats for kids.

Our adult yoga classes embrace a restorative and therapeutic approach, catering to individuals at all stages of life. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our experienced and highly qualified teachers will guide you through a transformative and rejuvenating practise.

For expectant mothers, we provide dedicated pregnancy and birth yoga classes. These classes are designed to support and nurture both mother and baby during this special time. Our knowledgeable instructors create a safe and comfortable environment for women to connect with their bodies and prepare for the birthing process.

Once your little one arrives, we offer postnatal yoga classes. These classes focus on rebuilding strength and flexibility while also providing a space for new parents to connect with others. Our instructors understand the unique needs of postpartum bodies, ensuring that each class is tailored to support healing and overall well-being.

In addition to our regular classes, The Yoga Village organises exciting workshops and retreats for children. These fun and engaging sessions introduce kids to the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a playful and supportive environment. From yoga games to storytelling, our workshops, and retreats provide a perfect opportunity for children to explore their creativity and develop important life skills.

Located within the Sherwood Community Centre, The Yoga Village provides a peaceful and inclusive space where everyone can feel welcome. Please note that our studio is accessible only by stairs, as there is no lift available.
