Sheila, a qualified personal trainer and life coach, will guide and support you every step of the way. With Sheila's expertise and the accountability of a small group of like-minded women, you will be empowered to set and achieve your health and fitness goals, whether that's improving your fitness level, nutrition, or both.
The programme includes weekly sessions held in Sheila's garden gym, providing a comfortable and private space away from traditional gyms. You will receive a personalised exercise programme that can be carried out throughout the week, and if time permits, you have the option to attend up to two sessions a week with Sheila. In addition, you will have access to an app on your smartphone that includes your customised exercises, nutrition tracking, and advice.
Sheila understands the challenges women face, particularly during midlife and dealing with transitions. As a mother and with years of experience in higher education and management, she is aware of the external pressures that may affect us. Her approach is empathetic, supportive, and focused on helping you navigate and overcome obstacles on your health and fitness journey.
