Three State - Personal Training Gym

Three State Personal Training Gym in Dun Laoghaire helps busy adults build strength, confidence and structure through small group personal training. Sessions run with just 4 to 6 people per coach, with each class adapted to your fitness level, goals and needs. The 4-week experience starts with a 1 to 2-1 assessment and includes training and nutrition support, plus a supportive coaching community.
