” Three Pillars of Health” was founded by Vanessa Mansergh in 2022 in Goring-on-Thames. Vanessa's motivation to create the studio stemmed from her experience supporting breast cancer patients on a clinical trial called SafeFit, where exercise, nutrition, and emotional well-being were the focus. Recognising the importance of treating the entire body, Vanessa aims to help individuals achieve health, strength, and happiness through Pilates and wellness practises. She has been teaching Pilates since 2014, shifting her focus from sports massage therapy to corrective exercise after a back injury.
Vanessa has assisted a diverse range of clients, including recreational runners, mothers, office workers, manual labourers, grandfathers, and young adults, enabling them to stand tall, move with ease, relax, and excel in their daily tasks.
