At Three Tree Yoga, Anna offers a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences. Her dynamic yoga classes at The Mowlem in Swanage are designed to energise and strengthen the body, while her restorative yoga classes with Yoga Nidra provide deep relaxation and stress relief. During summer, Anna also offers gentle yoga classes in Corfe Village Hall, perfect for those who prefer a more gentle approach to yoga. Additionally, she hosts outdoor yoga sessions on FeelGood Fridays at Sandpit Field, allowing students to connect with nature while engaging in their yoga practise.
Anna's yoga journey spans her entire life, starting with practising Iyengar yoga alongside her mother as a child. Her passion for yoga continued throughout her performance degree at Dartington College of Arts, where she also developed a yoga programme for performers. Anna trained as a yoga instructor in the Himalayas, completing her 200 hours training with Rishikul Yogshala. She has furthered her training and knowledge through workshops and intensives with renowned teachers in various yoga practises, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga.
In addition to her yoga qualifications, Anna is a certified Reiki Master and has completed training in Sound Healing. She incorporates these modalities into her yoga classes, enhancing the healing and transformative experience for her students. Anna's dedication to continuing her own development and growth is evident through her ongoing training and certifications, such as Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, Teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to Children, and completing her Yoga Alliance 500 hours training.
