Welcome to Tim's Pilates and Yoga in Rotherham! Whether you're new to yoga or Pilates, or you've been practising for years, Tim's got something for everyone.

Classes are back on from 1st January, and there’s a special ‘Yoga & Pilates Mix’ session coming up on Monday, 8th January, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Whiston Parish Hall. Can't make it in person? Tim's all about helping you look after yourself, whether that’s through the calm of yoga or the strength of Pilates. His sessions aim to improve your flexibility and strength, with a focus on your own personal fitness journey.

Tim knows how hectic life can be. His classes are a perfect escape for some 'me' time, with a friendly and supportive teaching style that helps you focus and set new goals.
