About

Tonbridge Amateur Boxing Club (TABC) is a grassroots boxing club in Tonbridge for young people and adults aged 6 and over. Sessions are for all abilities, from complete beginners to competitive athletes, with space to train, compete, get fitter and build confidence in a supportive environment. Alongside boxing training, the club runs additional community programmes including SEN support, personal development workshops and youth mentoring.
