We teach traditional Wado-ryu karate focused on self discipline and respect, helping you build stronger mind and body, confidence, fitness and flexibility. You can also take part in tournaments, competitions and work towards grading and black belt.
Training runs at Cefn Hengoed Leisure Centre in Swansea. We train every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, and parents or carers can stay and watch.
You can try a free class by using the Try a free class option to join. After that, you can get started with the regular training sessions.
