Water activities use poolside and 1-metre, 3-metre and 5-metre jumps and drills.
The minimum age is 6 years old, and participants must be able to swim 25m confidently without aid in deep water.
For participants aged 11 and older, gymnastics, ballet, or trampolining background is preferred.
Skills include standing posture and arm grab forward jumps, back jumps, and various falls in pike and tuck positions, as well as tuck and pike rolls.
Classes run once a week on Saturdays (AM/PM) and Sundays (AM/PM).
They suggest sports shoes, t-shirts and shorts for warm-up and dry-land, and swimming trunks or a costume for water activities.
