During the course, participants will delve into choreography, exercise essence, and biomechanics of movement. They will also learn how to use music effectively to create engaging and safe barre classes that focus on improving strength, flexibility, stamina, and stability.
The Total Barre™ Foundation Course is the perfect starting point for Instructors looking to develop well-rounded barre training programs that cater to the unique needs and goals of every client. The course features 11 carefully curated segments, each accompanied by specially selected music to guide participants through a balanced and complete workout.
Upon completion of the course, students will feel prepared to teach the repertoire confidently and effectively. Plus, they'll receive a comprehensive manual, online training support, access to branding materials, and ongoing assistance from the head office in Canada and the Instructor Trainer in New Zealand.
