Total Body Pulse provides in-studio EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) full-body training in Calgary. Sessions use gentle, low-impact movements to activate deep muscles, with 1:1 guidance from a certified trainer. It is designed for people who want strength and posture improvements with minimal time, and for those who find traditional workouts challenging due to joints, aging, stiffness, or health limitations. Each week includes a short session built around personalized coaching.
