We are the leading provider of physical and holistic therapies, Pilates and movement classes, and equipment Pilates in Horsham. With our two clinics located right in the centre of Horsham, we offer a wide range of classes delivered by our expert therapists.
For the past ten years, we have been the largest provider of Clinical Pilates and movement therapy classes in the South of England, offering an impressive 80 classes a week. At Total Therapy Studios, we take pride in our purpose-built environment and flexible approach to attending classes. We understand that each individual has unique needs, which is why we take the time to get to know you before recommending the most suitable class from our diverse timetable.
If you're new to Pilates, don't worry! We offer a primary one-to-one session to ensure you have the best experience possible. All you need to do to join our classes is to call us at 01403 249 511 and speak to a member of our team. We're here to answer any questions you may have. And if you have a query outside our normal opening hours, simply email us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
At Total Therapy Studios, we believe in offering high-quality classes for individual needs and levels, without burdening people financially if they can't attend a specific class. That's why we offer competitively priced classes with no memberships or monthly payments. We want everyone to have access to Pilates and movement therapy. Our various class pricing options include six and ten class packs for in-studio, drop-in, online, and equipment studio classes.
Please note that class passes will only be deducted when you attend a class or fail to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (48 hours for equipment classes). We understand that life happens, so if a class is cancelled due to low attendance, we will make every effort to inform you and offer an alternative class.
For our regular attendees, we provide permanent places on classes with the flexibility to cancel without penalty if given 24 hours' notice. We value your commitment to your health and wellness journey and want to make it as convenient as possible for you to attend our classes.
