Founded in 2005 as a self-defence school, Total Combat Academy underwent a change in ownership in 2016, resulting in a team of professional instructors who are dedicated to empowering their students through martial arts. The academy boasts two well-equipped training rooms: the Combat Room and the Fitness Room. The Combat Room is specifically designed for martial arts training, offering a dedicated space for disciplines such as Boxing, NUDDA M. A. X.
Training, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Filipino Boxing. On the other hand, the Fitness Room is equipped with two squat racks and a functional fitness rig, catering to those who are looking to improve their strength and conditioning.
Total Combat Academy also takes pride in its commitment to providing classes for all age groups. From Kids MMA classes for children aged 5–14 years old to adult classes for those looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally, the academy offers a comprehensive range of training options.
