Total Tone is a Pilates studio and fitness centre located in the heart of Clovelly, Australia. Founded by Olivia Ippoliti and Josie Frick, former ballerinas turned fitness enthusiasts, Total Tone is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while nurturing their mind, body, and spirit.

At Total Tone, the focus is on the art of movement, the functionality of fitness, and the love of dance. Olivia and Josie have combined their passion for movement and exercise to create a studio that empowers, connects, and elevates the lifestyle of their clients. Both qualified Mat Pilates, Barre, and Fitness Instructors, they strive to inspire, guide, and nurture each individual to reach their full potential.

Total Tone offers a variety of classes to cater to different fitness levels and preferences. Their signature class, TT Signature, is a fast-paced, challenging workout that combines elements of Pilates and barre. Designed to completely tone and sculpt the body, this class will leave you feeling shaky, sweaty, and empowered. It is not recommended for pregnancy.

For those looking for a slower-paced, yet effective workout, Pilates Tone is the perfect choice. This class combines the core elements of Pilates with a fresh modern twist, delivering a slow and juicy burn that leaves you feeling lengthened and aligned. It will improve your overall body awareness, posture, and stability.

Total Tone also offers memberships and class packs to suit different needs and schedules. Members have access to the online booking system, where they can manage their attendance and cancel classes if needed. It is important to cancel at least 2 hours prior to the class to avoid a $12 no-show fee. There is also a $6 late cancel fee for cancellations made 12 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time.
