Tough Glove Boxing in Bray teaches non-contact boxing fitness classes with full-body HIIT sessions. Classes focus on beginner-friendly fundamentals like stance and punch combinations, plus technical drills, bag work and pad work. You can also try women-only boxing and HIIT, circuit-style "Sweat Sesh" training, and an intro path designed to build confidence while improving fitness. Suitable for people starting out and anyone wanting structured, coached boxing workouts.
