Traditional Karate & Fitness (TKF) is a renowned karate club in Norwich, offering karate classes for individuals of all ages and abilities. Founded in 2014 by four dedicated and experienced instructors, TKF strives to deliver high-quality training in Shotokan Karate.

What sets TKF apart is its affiliation with the English Karate Federation (EKF), making it the only karate club in Norfolk that can guide students towards top-level international competitions. The EKF is the sole organisation recognised by the World Karate Federation (WKF), the organisation recognised by the International Olympic Committee.

TKF provides classes at various locations throughout Norfolk and north Suffolk, ensuring accessibility for all. Their classes cater to different age groups, including the Little Ninjas programme for children aged 4 to 6, junior karate for those aged 6 to 14, and senior karate for individuals aged 14 and above.
