Pat McGibbon, the driving force behind the club, has a stellar background as a former pro footballer with Manchester United, Wigan Athletic, and Northern Ireland. Now, he's on a mission to blend skill-building in sports with crucial life lessons.

Pat knows the power of the right people in the right roles. That's why he’s keen on having top-notch coaches, managers, committee members, and supportive parents/guardians. With set goals and a structured framework, Train 2B Smart promises physical, technical, and emotional growth for every player.

But that’s not all—Pat’s bigger dream is setting up a multi-sports and health & well-being facility within the next decade. Picture a place where you can train, play, and thrive to your heart's content.

Beyond the pitch, Pat's passionate about mental health. After facing personal loss, he founded Train 2B Smart Juniors to champion positive mental well-being in sports. Through teams, workshops, seminars, and fun activities, he's making a real difference in the community.

Train 2B Smart operates from the Centrepoint Complex in Lurgan, with weekly coaching sessions inviting new players, coaches, and even sponsors on board. Interested?
