Originally hailing from Cape Town, Matt made the UK his home in 2014 and now lives in Tallentire, near Cockermouth. Matt has a straightforward, engaging approach to training, focusing on exercises that mimic real-life movements and work multiple muscle groups.
Matt specialises in weight loss through a balanced programme of weight training, cardio, and tailored diet plans. He’s always on top of the latest research, making sure his methods are effective and sustainable, helping clients not just lose weight but keep it off. His guiding principle is that exercise improves lives, and he's committed to making fitness accessible for everyone, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer.
Training with Matt offers personal sessions from 5 am to 10 pm every day, designed to fit any busy schedule.
