Brian Tran, a fitness professional at TSF, has a lifelong passion for martial arts and movement. With over 20 years of experience in various disciplines, including strength training, gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting, Brian is equipped with a diverse skill set to help clients overcome physical limitations, psychological barriers, and motivational hurdles.
