Trentham Canoe Club, located in Stoke-on-Trent, is an inclusive organisation dedicated to promoting and providing opportunities for both competitive and recreational paddlesports activities. As one of the largest canoe clubs in Staffordshire, Trentham Canoe Club offers a wide range of activities for children and adults of all abilities. The club provides opportunities for fun and recreational canoeing, as well as competitive kayaking, Paddle-Ability sessions, and crew boat sessions. These activities take place in the beautiful setting of the Trentham Gardens Estate, where members can paddle on a substantial mile-long man-made lake.
The club is proud to cater to all paddlesport disciplines, including recreational paddling, stand-up paddleboarding, marathon and sprint racing, canoe polo, outrigger, dragon boats, and group bell boating. This diverse range of activities ensures that there is something for everyone, regardless of their interests or experience level.
Trentham Canoe Club holds weekly sessions that are open to all members. These sessions provide a great opportunity for individuals to get involved and try out different paddlesports activities. The club's weekly schedule includes a variety of sessions throughout the week. On Sundays, there are sessions for the Race Group, General Paddle, and Paddleboarding. Mondays are designated as Club Night, offering General Paddle and V6 Outrigger sessions. Wednesdays feature Race Group and Paddle-Ability sessions, and Thursdays include Dragon Boating and Paddleboarding sessions.
On Fridays, members can participate in Canoe Polo sessions.

We are an inclusive, volunteer run organisation promoting both competitive and recreational paddlesports for all. You can get involved in disciplines including recreational paddling, stand-up paddleboarding, racing, canoe polo, V6 outrigger, dragon boats, and crew boat sessions.
All sessions are open to all club members. If you would like to come and give us a try, please use the Contact Us link.
On Sundays we run Race Group at 09:00 and General Paddle, plus Paddleboarding at 09:30. We also hold sessions on Mondays at 18:00, Wednesdays from 18:00, Thursdays at 18:00, and Fridays at 18:00.
