Tsunami Martial Arts, located in the lovely town of Sheringham, North Norfolk, offers a range of classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re new to martial arts or experienced, there's a class for everyone. The school is known for its positive approach and encouraging atmosphere.

Tom, the organiser, wants everyone to know that Tsunami Martial Arts isn't just about getting fit or learning self-defence; it's about building a supportive community. For adults, the classes cover health, fitness, self-defence, and traditional martial arts, taught by qualified and insured instructors. Many families train together, with parents often joining their children in classes.

For the younger members, there are two popular options: Little Ninjas for ages 4-6 and Karate Kids for ages 7 and up. The Little Ninjas learn life skills in a fun, safe environment, while the Karate Kids focus on self-defence and anti-bullying through Shotokan Karate.

Founded in 1980 in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, with just 10 students, Tsunami Martial Arts has grown significantly. Today, they have expanded to West London and North Norfolk, teaching over 400 students.

Tom's passion for martial arts is inspired by Gichin Funakoshi, founder of Shotokan Karate, who believed that the true aim of karate is character development. Tsunami's instructors are dedicated to helping students grow personally through martial arts.
