Tumbles Academy of Gymnastics, located in Leigh, is a facility dedicated to providing high-quality gymnastics classes for all ages and levels. With a full-time facility in Lowton and a second facility in Wigan, Tumbles offers Olympic-standard gymnastics equipment and a range of classes suitable for every child.
At Tumbles, parents are welcome to stay and watch their children in our parent caf and viewing area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for families. The academy is proud to be the home of two World Champions, Donna Maclean and Rachael Letsche, as well as former Scottish National Coach, Gemma Scott. The expertise and experience of our coaching staff ensure that children receive the best possible training in a supportive and positive atmosphere.
Tumbles Academy is committed to improving children's fitness in a fun and positive environment. We believe in allowing children to grow and learn gymnastics at their own pace, building their skills and confidence along the way. Whether your child is just starting out or has previous experience, we have classes and programmes to suit every individual.
Our classes include Gymnastics Play Gym for babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 4 years, Preschool Gymnastics for children aged 2 to 4 years, Gymnastics for boys and girls aged 4 to 15 years, Tumbling for children aged 5 to 15 years, and Ninja Gymnastics, a combination of gymnastics and obstacle course training for children aged 5 to 15 years.
We also offer Advanced Gymnastics and Tumbling classes for more experienced gymnasts, as well as GymFusion, an event that combines gymnastics, dance, tumbling, group balances, lifts, and throws. For dancers, cheerleaders, or gymnasts looking to focus on aerial, acrobatic, and gymnastics tumbling skills, we have Aerial classes available for children aged 7 and above.
For adults and older children aged 15 years and above, Tumbles Academy offers a weekly adult gymnastics class. This class is a great way to stay fit and healthy, with the option to choose a fully structured class with a coach or independent development.
If your child is new to gymnastics, and you'd like them to try a class, we offer taster sessions with limited availability. These sessions cost 7. 00 for one session, giving your child the opportunity to experience the fun and benefits of gymnastics at Tumbles Academy.
